We provide professional meet & greet services at the international airports. One of the many extra services that singles’ out Rwagasabo Safaris Ltd. from the crowd in tourism in Rwanda is our “meet and greet service”. Our Guest Relations Representative are on hand to welcome clients all our clients arriving at Kigali International airports after clearing immigrations and customs formalities. They will escort the clients to their vehicles and also assist with Hotel check-in before thoroughly briefing all clients. Together with our Driver Guides, they ensure clients stay is comfortable and are on hand each at checks in or out to provide, reassurance or advice in all matters from ticket reconfirmation through baggage assistance to restaurant bookings. Debriefing is provided on departure date before assistance at hotel checkout and airport check-in.
Our friendly Driver Guides speak a variety of languages including, French, and of course, all of them are fluent in English.
